At Charlotte - 2007: Led the NCAA with a 1.01 ERA, leading Charlotte to a national-best 2.64 team ERA. Mills tied for the nation's lead with 14 wins (14-2 record) and was sixth in the nation with 141 strikeouts. Mills finished his career with 32 wins and five shutouts in 51 starts, all Charlotte career records. He was instrumental in leading Charlotte to its first Atlantic 10 Championship and third NCAA Regional appearance. Mills was the first Charlotte pitcher to get a win in the postseason, a 6-3 victory over North Carolina State for his last collegiate appearance.
