2001-02: Tied for second on team with a 75.3 stroke average through 19 rounds ... shared team lead with Scott McNeil at C-USA Championships with career-best 220 (+4) ... posted personal-best single-round of 70, twice (Birkdale; Furman) ... shot 74 or better in six of last eight rounds ... competed in two tournaments in the fall, 2001 with a 74.8 stroke average ... shot a 74-74-73---221 to finish at +8 in his first collegiate tournament (Purina Classic) with final round 73 his best of the fall.

At Hatboro-Horsham High: Ranked 23rd by the American Junior Golf Association ... invited to participate in a pair of majors: The AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions (26th) and the AJGA Lucent Technologies Boys Junior Championship ... won the Philadelphia Boys Junior Championship ... placed 2nd at the AJGA Greater Greensboro Chrysler Junior; 3rd at the AJGA Hargray Junior Classic and 8th at both the AJGA Izzo Junior and AJGA Robert Trent Jones Junior Classic ... placed 2nd at the Pennsylvania H.S. State Championships as a sophomore and senior.
