Ryan DiNunzio is in his first season as a member of the Charlotte 49ers coaching staff after spending the 2005 season as an assistant coach at Pfeiffer University. He played an integral role on a coaching staff that guided Pfeiffer to 10 wins that season.
"Since Ryan is still playing professional soccer, he will be a great resource for our players to be able to find out what it takes to be a professional player," head coach John Tart said. "He brings a great deal of energy to our coaching staff. Ryan has also got great passion for the game itself and he will bring that passion and energy into our program so I'm very excited about having Ryan on our coaching staff".
The Buffalo, New York native also brings professional playing experience to the 49ers coaching staff as well. He has played the past two seasons with the Charlotte Eagles. Before that, he spent three seasons as a member of the Rochester Rhinos professional soccer team.
